Yellow Silk Abaca Crown is a delightful, easy to wear crown. Like a Spring day blooming in sunlight.
This is a halo crown headband exquisitely crafted by Wendy. The crown is covered in a yellow silk abaca fabric. Silk Abaca is a natural leaf fiber that comes from the banana tree family. It is native to the Philippines.
All of the yellow silk abaca is covered in a mesh of hologram diamantes. It gives a dazzling effect and reflects the light in both night and day.
On the right side of the crown there are yellow flowers all hand made by Wendy using the same yellow silk abaca fabric. A single quill spirals out at the back. If you prefer the headpiece can be reversed which creates a different look. It's up to you what you prefer.
The halo crown is supported by an inbuilt narrow metal headband that is covered in shimmering yellow fabric. So comfortable to wear.
Yellow Silk Abaca Crown is a perfect racewear piece. For any day at the Melbourne Cup Carnival you will look stunning in this. The yellow tones would suit so many other colours and styles of outfits. A possible choice for a 'Fashions on the Field' entrant.
The narrow metal headband will slip down behind your ears and is so secure. A comb can be attached for added security. Like all Wendy's pieces it is light and ever so comfortable. You will not be aware you are wearing it.
