White and Black 1960's Style Hat is the piece you wear when you really want to be noticed.
Made in a 1960's style, it is a white silk fabric with black detailed flowers.
The flowers are hand wired Shanda-himo ribbon- hand woven in Japan. The black is wired with aluminium soft wore. Small bows are at the centre of each 6 petaled flower.
What's else can be said..... it's amazing!
It has an internal under hat for fitting.
