Waterlilies at the VRC Flemington is a stunning halo that has recently returned from the French Exhibition at the Museum of Hats, near Lyon.
It is made with a single piece of hand dyed silk abaca, hand beaded with vintage flower petals repurposed and painted to create the waterlilies.
