Pastel Flower Covered Hat is an amazing delicate confetti of small pastel coloured paper flowers sitting on a wide headband 'half hat' couture piece. This piece is so versatile and can be worn to the left or right. In this piece the petite paper flowers in shades of pink, mauve and mint are highlighted by Swarovski crystals. This colourful head piece would be perfect for so many occasions. Certainly the races during the Spring racing season or for a wedding.
