As always, Wendy Scully Millinery adds the fabric to both top and underside of the boater brim to create a sophisticated look from the back or front.
This style is a small crown with about a 2.5" brim, so it doesn't overpower the wearer.
Navy Sequin Fabric Boater perches on your head so it will fit any size head. Sitting at an angle it creates an alluring look. You can tilt it on the left or right side of your head and at what ever angle you prefer.
