Blue Ruffled Flower Hat is a classic single large flower on a narrow headband. Poised. Elegant.
The single large flower sits on a blocked button base covered in navy sinamay. This sits on a narrow headband wrapped in dark blue satin.
The single large flower is made from 4.5 metres of blue chiffon ribbon spiraled by Wendy into the flower arrangement you see. Wendy has shaped the flower so it seems to hug over and down the right side of your face. With a single blue quill sitting to the left a perfect symmetry and balance is achieved. You can create a look of mystique with the chiffon partially covering your right eye.
Blue Ruffled Flower Hat is incredibly light and easy to wear. With a narrow headband it will sit securely in place all day. You will not even know it is on.
The dark blue chiffon would be a perfect match for so many outfits. This would match many of the busy floral style dresses and outfits popular at the races at the moment. It would equally match a single tone pant suit for a more formal look.
