Blue Mesh Crown Headband is a simple yet elegant headband crown.
It has a little bit of height and is shaped so that it can be worn on either side, with one side more curved.
The blue silk abaca is draped over the "Milly" hat block. Over this is another layer of blue crystal mesh fabric.
The effect is a stunning 3-d look.
Easy to wear and match to many dress styles and events.
