Blue Chiffon Petal Percher is one of our fun headpieces, reflective of the 1970s.
The soft flowing ball of silk chiffon petals fall gently to the right side of the percher hat.
In between the soft petals are a scattering of blue crystal beads in different shades of blue.
This percher hat shape is 'Giselle' and fits neatly to the side of the head. It is held in place with elastics and a comb.
Blue Chiffon Petal Percher is ready for the woman of fun. A definite winner in the Bird Cage at Melbourne Cup time. Or in Sydney for the Everest Cup where "Blue" is always a winner.
