Black Straw Boater Hat is an absolute classic black short boater hat, otherwise known as a sailor hat or in contemporary times as a brimmed hat. This black brim hat is a variation on the English "sailor" hat that has been worn for many years. An absolutely perfect hat for the Races, in particular for Derby Day during the Melbourne Cup Spring Racing carnival.

• This piece is unique in a black straw with black sequin applique across the brim, which adds that touch of class, style and fun. Just a little bit of bling!
• Reminiscent of sculling down the Thames River in London, the short flat topped crown hat is balanced with a shorter brim.
• A comb has been sewn on the inside of the brim to fit snugly into your hair.
• If required elastic can be added for further security.
