Black Silk Bow Pillbox is a reinterpretation of the classic rear sitting hat from the 1950s.
This style is like a pillbox made of three layers of vintage silk bands, with black veiling over the bands.
At the back of the hat is a larger oversized black silk bow.
To add that extra bit of pizazz there are crystals scattered over the black silk fabric.
This hat looks great with the bun above the bow, or a very low ponytail.
There are fine hair combs at the inside top edge of the hat.
Other colour options are available to custom order.
Black Silk Bow Pillbox is such an elegant and sophisticated look. Definitely reminiscent of the beauty and elegance conjured by Jacqueline Kennedy in the 1960's. Wendy has given that 1960's look a contemporary makeover with this unique piece.
