This is a custom made hat block shape from Wendy's special styles which ensures uniqueness of her hat designs.
This example is covered with black silk fabric, then a layer of black diamanté mesh fabric. The beaded crystal cascade is a vintage trim. The bandeau has a stitched in fine metal headband to secure it in place, and a fine comb.
