The top hat is for a small medium sized head size.
The generous cobalt blue and black goose feather flowers sit on the side of the brim. This top hat does have the versatility to be worn on the left or the right of the head.
To finish the look there is a full face black chenille spot vintage veil.
At Wendy Scully Millinery we hand shape our top hats, not restricting our design and making to a specific straight sided shape. Our top hats have curve and variation in crown height. This creates a far more feminine look.
