Black Blue Feather Fascinator is a riot of cobalt blue biot feathers with a layer of black feathers behind the blue. Each biot feather is hand knotted and put in a small ball, one by one to create this extravaganza.
There are over 400 feathers in this flower creation.
The flower ball sits on a small structured halo headband covered with vintage black and blue striped silk.
The headband crown shape sits on a fine metal headband. This a custom made hat block made specifically for Wendy Scully Millinery.
