Natural Straw Large Brim Hat Dior style

Natural Straw Large Brim is a large brim hat made from the natural straw base. This is an echo of the amazing Christian Dior brims worn by Audrey Hepburn in the 1950's. Interestingly those Dior brims were in fact inspired by the Edwardian hat fashions for ladies at the start of the 20th century. Wendy has used Dior and the Edwardian style hats as her inspiration for this contemporary piece.
The brim provides amazing shade, no sun getting through this hat. Its hard to say whether this is a retrospective style or simply a modern twist. You decide for yourself. Wendy has certainly given it a modern feel and yet has somehow been true to her inspiration from Dior and the Edwardian period. This is the perfect summer hat for the hot sunny outside. The brim will certainly protect you from the sun and keep you cool. For an outdoor summer wedding the brim would also be ideal.
