Blue Silk Veil Hat is a delightfully simple small brim hat.
It is a simple small brim hat that is designed to sit on top of your head or ever so slightly to one side. Dare we say it is a Mary Poppins style hat with a contemporary modern twist. This is your classic early 20th century style hat that was popular up until the 1940s. Don't be fooled by the old style look of this hat.
There is a reason this style of hat was so popular for so many years. We call this hat block "Paris" due to the vintage nature of its life as a hat block.
Product Features
• Here Wendy has used a cobalt blue silk fabric over the hat and short brim.
• The same silk fabric has been used for the band around the crown.
• There are cobalt blue crystals scattered on the brim at the front.
• A generous cobalt blue chenille spotted veil is pinned at the back of the hat and floats over the whole hat.
• The final flourish are gorgeous soft pink silk flowers clustered at the back of the hat.
• There is an elastic attached to ensure it sits snugly and securely in place.
