- All headpieces are made to order, by Wendy, in Melbourne, Australia.
- Pls allow up to 4 weeks for completion once the order is confirmed.
- A deposit of 50% is required when placing an order.
- Each piece is created ‘unique’ in its colour and trim, to your custom requirements.
- The design concept remains the property of the milliner and is a unique, one only design.
- All styles in the 2018 Spring Collection are available in many fabrics and trims.
- All photo images in this collection are examples of the shape of the headpiece available, and can be customised in many forms.
- Call into the boutique, in person, to 9 Howey Place, Melbourne to discuss your design.
- Appointments are preferred for speciality design consultations
- Appointments can be made from 10 am- 6 pm from tues -sun, with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
- The boutique is closed on monday.

Refunds and returns are not accepted on any headwear orders and purchases.
Postage is additional to purchases if required.
