A blue felt boater hat with a wide brim. It is a percher style brimmed boater hat in bright cobalt blue pure wool felt. The felt material is printed in an abstract linear pattern. This pattern really makes the hat stand out. It is finished with a black Petersham headband tied in a flat bow and Petersham trim edge.

This boater style flat crowned brimmed hat is a ‘percher’ style boater. A percher style means the hat does not have a full depth crown so it does not fit fully down the sides of your head. Rather it perchers delicately on your head. This allows you to angle the hat in different directions.
The flattering wider brim sweeps elegantly down over the eyes and sits neatly on the top or to the side of your head.
It has elastic and a comb to secure to your head. The felt has been lightly waterproofed.
This is the hat to wear at a winter race event for Fashions on the Field, or to a winter wedding or garden party.
