Wendy has used metres of white crinoline wrapped around in an elegant spiral shape to create a delightful button shaped hat. The white crinoline has been shaped to create a clever whirlpool effect. From the whirlpool centre on top of the button the concentric circles of the crinoline widen out over the base.

The crinoline is hand stitched on a hand blocked Paris net base that is ridiculously light. You will not even realise you are wearing this gorgeous button. With the elastic attached it will sit snuggly on your head all day. A comb can also be attached if required to ensure absolute security.
The crinoline is gathered on one side and embellished with a single pearl button and teardrop pink crystals. The whirlpool point on top of the hat is also decorated with a single pearl button.
This hat is so versatile, it can be worn to any side you like, tilted to either side of your head and with the pearl and teardrops to the front, back or either side. You choose how it best sits and looks on you.
The inside of the button is lined with white tulle and the inside hat fitting is vintage silver white braid.
