Red Gold Halo Crown is a Regal majestic piece. This was designed for a Slavic Fairytale theme and was first show cased at the Fashions of Multicultural Australia (FOMA) runway event in December 2022. Additionally it was show cased at a Melbourne Fashion Week runway event in March 2023.
Needless to say this hat was a standout in each runway event.
Details of this Hat: The hat consists of a metal wire halo sitting on a narrow double wired headband each covered in red silk. The halo is made up of red tulle. Splashed all over the red tulle halo are flowers and leaves. Also there are metal flowers of white and gold. Additionally there are hand cut copper and gold leaves as well as guipure silk fabric leaves. Moreover a final flourish of Gold wired red and ruby crystals creep over the front and back of the halo. What a wonderful collection of beautiful flowers, leaves and crystals.
In addition in the photo a separate red lace veil is used. This completely covers the face to just below the nose and adds another dramatic effect.
Where to Wear this Hat: This is for the confident woman who wants to be seen. Moreover this is a hat for the woman who knows she is beautiful. Ideally for a special occasion event. Also for the woman who wants to make a statement in the Fashions on the Field at the Spring Races this would be a perfect choice. You will certainly be noticed.
How to Wear this Hat: Red Gold Halo Crown is a simple headband that rests easily and comfortably on you head. An elastic can be added if you are wearing your hair up in a bun. The best look would be with your hair up in a bun but certainly you could have your hair down or to one side.
