Red Double Heart Fascinator is a stunning double heart shape headband using raw red silk on the under heart and overlaid with another heart covered in vintage Dolce & Gabbana lace. This sits on a narrow black tulle wrapped headband.
Continuing the theme of the delicate ‘double heart’ fascinator Wendy calls this heart shape “Coeur” (French for Heart). This hat cleverly has one heart overlapping the other heart. The complexity of the gorgeous Dolce & Gabbana lace is highlighted by the stunning raw red silk on the other heart. It is a perfect combination.
On a tulle wrapped metal headband the two hearts are positioned on the right side of the band. Both have a red silk base.
The Dolce and Gabbana heart is vintage guipure lace and covers the whole heart. Colours of pinks, greens, reds, pale yellows and even pale blue create a large flower shape set within the elegant black spiderweb style lace. Hand beading is also a feature of this hat.
This fascinator would be perfect fo the Spring Carnival races or as a cocktail hat in the evening. The various colours in the Dolce & Gabbana lace would allow you to match this hat with so many different colour outfits.
Easy to wear. The narrow headband sits neatly behind the ears. As with all Wendy’s fascinators this hat is so light and comfortable to wear. You will not know you are wearing it.
A unique one off piece. This is absolutely a one off piece. The vintage Dolce & Gabbana lace is extremely limited in supply. Wendy will not replicate this hat.
