Pink Bow Pill Box is a seven inch (7″) classic pill box round button shape that evokes the fun of the 1930s and 1940s.
This hat is made in a Chanel pink wool silk fabric, with a featured touch of pink leather trim. It also has a pure silk hot pink dupion silk bow that sits at the back. This sits subtlety to one side to wear it with panache. So simple and yet timeless. This hat makes such a fashion statement with its eye catching combination of textured classic fabric against the satin silk of the bow.
Naturally this textured pink hat would be perfect for a Winter race but you can easily mix and match colours to make a stunning Spring Racing hat such as during the Melbourne Cup Carnival of races.
A comb sits inside to fit into your hair. An elastic can also be added for absolute security.
How you wear this is so important. A pill box should not simply be put straight on your head. It should be just to the side creating an angle. You can even have it at the back also at an angle. But never simply plonk it on your head or it will look ridiculous or just not quite right. How you wear a hat is even more important than simply getting the right colour hat.
If you like a veil could be added to this pill box. A veil covering the eye line would create such an aura of mystic and fun.
