In this case Wendy has used white Rooster feathers hand “tip dyed” in blue. The feathers sweep to the side and the hat can be worn to the left or right, whichever you prefer. Beaded and delicate trims on the very functional satin headband fitting also adds to the elegance of this eye-catching piece.
It is as light as a feather to wear. You’ll not even realise you have it on.
