Black White Spot Headband is a classic Derby style headband. In this case it is a Black silk cotton fabric with white spots trimmed with a pure silk black rose. Simple yes. Easy to wear Yes. Perfect and Stunning Yes!
Fun and funky comes to mind with this piece. The wide headband is what we would call a bandeau style designed to sit comfortably on your head.
The delicate black silk fabric rose trims the right side of the bandeau headband.
This wide headband has elastics and combs to ensure it sits securely on your head.
Super light and easy to wear. You will not even be aware you are wearing a headband. This is typical of all Wendy’s creations. Sculptural, beautiful artistic pieces but mindful of the functionality for the wearer – it must be comfortable and easy to wear.
This millinery piece could be worn in Spring or Autumn Derby Day race events. Certainly at this years Derby Day during the Melbourne Cup carnival it would be perfect. Conversely this elegant piece would equally be a classic headpiece for an evening cocktail event.
