Black White Leather Fascinator is such an elegant Black Leather fascinator in a Bandeau style. The hat sits on a black leather base. The trim is a soft white pure silk flower and hand made black leaves made from a unique Japanese Obi fabric. Black veiling sits to the back of the hat and down at the front. The veiling is designed to drop down over your eyes. If you prefer the veiling can be pinned up higher above the eyeline. Its up to you.
